This is an very old photo from the late 1980's where I hired a brand new Ford XR3i for a weekend and went zooming around the British countryside armed with a fake severed arm and a Grizzle mask I had recently bought from the adverts in FANGORIA magazine.
The box that these "Rubber novelties" had arrived in had been opened by customs and they must have had a scare, the shot is from a series of photos I took at a local wood, I attracted the interest of some jobs worth park ranger, who poked his nose in saying that I could have caused heart attacks etc.
The woods were completely empty when I took this shot and this dick head was like many more that I encountered when I did anything slightly risqué!
The mask was pretty gory featuring smashed skull blood and snot, mmmm great, the arm actually was not that convincing and I ended up using it by inserting it into the "arm" of a chair, I have not any shots of that sadly but I do have video footage that I will upload on my Youtube account [link] very shortly in my series of very personal diaries that I am working on editing as we speak.
This was taken with an Olympus OM1 with its original 50mm lens, using Kodak Gold 35mm film, as far as I can remember !
