My customized Its Alive!! puppet, the one you get is a hand finished but not quite right version of the cinema prop thats advertised in the shops.
It was mainly the eyes and the teeth, so I re painted the eye surrounds, and added longer fangs using the prototype photo you see online, as a template, and made it more to the movie standard.
The before photos are at the rear in opaque, I also ditched the patterned blanket it came with, it looked like a section of 1970's kids pajama material, and I wrapped it in a proper baby blanket I picked up in a bargain store locally.

However I am pretty certain you would pick em up at a local craft supplies.
They come in pearl,gloss,matt,glow,glitter, and 3D emboss, and more...the 3D variant - will RISE using a decent hair dryer(above 1200watts) - you can use it on any medium - I have its a bit like writing with toothpaste but you will master the skill to your requirements.
